Western Pneumatic provides full turnkey project execution, managing projects from detailed engineering through installation, commissioning, and operational handover. Depending on project complexity and client preference, we can also assume an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) role, providing a single, coordinated framework for project delivery.
Our scope typically covers:
- Engineering coordination to translate system designs into constructible layouts and installation methodologies
- Procurement of equipment, packages, and components in line with technical specifications, quality standards, and lifecycle performance objectives
- Construction and installation of centralized vacuum networks, modular skid systems, diaphragm pump packages, and filtration assemblies
- Integration of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
- Commissioning, system balancing, and performance verification against defined operating criteria
