Design, Engineering & Technical Consultation

All projects begin with detailed technical consultation and system engineering. Designs are developed based on process demand, operating profiles, duty cycles, site constraints, and long-term operational objectives. Sustainability and energy efficiency are embedded at this stage to avoid over-sizing, excessive energy consumption, and premature obsolescence.

Engineering scope includes:

  • Design of process vacuum systems and centralized house cleaning vacuum networks
  • Development of modular vacuum skid and pump package solutions
  • Selection of AODD and EODD units based on fluid properties, flow rate, chemical compatibility, pulsation characteristics, and discharge pressure
  • Filtration system design incorporating appropriate media selection, particle loading analysis, and pressure drop optimization

System sizing accounts for vacuum level, volumetric flow, line losses, storage requirements, and future expansion. Where applicable, designs incorporate variable speed drives, duty/standby sequencing, and demand-based control strategies to ensure energy consumption scales with process demand rather than operating continuously at full load.
